Disgraceful company and business model
I trusted this brand and thought I should buy from local brand to support local businesses and ordered a hard suitcase called Clifton. It got cracked from the corner on first use even though we were carefully handling it.
I filed a warranty claim but initially there was no response for 25 days. After reaching out to them again, got a response back in an hour saying that we don't cover accidental damage and only cover manufacturing fault. I had to laugh at that point when I read it. Basically, what they are saying that if there is fault in manufacturing and the suitcase gets damaged, they are not responsible for that. it's like putting a product together with cheap material and when it gets damaged, they are not responsible for it.
IT IS A USELESS WARRANTY.
They didn't even realise that I only just bought the suitcase from them a month ago.
Disgraceful company and their business model is just to rip people off by selling ultra low quality products.
DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND DUE TO THEIR FAKE WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER HANDLING PRACTICES. Sorry for caps but it is what I feel at the moment.
Damaged case - no reply from customer services
Suitcase arrived in a dirty dust bag with damage to the sides and back of the case itself. Emailed customer services letting them know I’ve received damaged goods but would like an exchange as I love the case and had no response still (after 2 weeks - yet on their website they say 3-5 days response). Contacted Antler over social media where they did reply to me saying they’d look into my email but still not heard anything. Disgusting service from what’s supposed to be a prestigious company selling high end product.

15 years and still going strong
Bought my suitcase 15 years ago. Travel 2 or 3 times a year. Still going strong. One zip is a little aquard but it's not the main one. Will easily get another 5 or 10 years out of it.
Laptop case bought at the same time and that travels with me 6 times a year. 15 years later and there's no issues at all.
Avoid
The quality of their cases is poor as others have said, but, worse, there is NO customer service. Any request for support takes 3 to 4 weeks to be answered. Any answer will be that they have through administration during covid and the new owners are not willing to offer any service at all.
It is a shame to continue to advertise a q0-year warranty, etc if the ‘new owners’ are only focused on cutting costs, at the expense of their customers.
I would never deal with them, and would not recommend anyone buys anything from them

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ANTLER
Paid £190 for a small suitcase; handle never worked and zip broke. Contacted them 3 different ways about the warranty and they ignored all 3. Criminally dishonest; they obviously sell garbage knowing it will break and rely on people not taking them to court over relatively small amounts
Literally taken my money lol
Returned a suitcase via their returns portal - after it had been delivered to them I heard nothing back and received no refund. Sent countless emails with no response. I imagine they’re going into administration and need to hold onto peoples money.
Do not use Antler
we ordered a suitcase and holdall for our daughter's birthday and trip abroad. So disappointing. Antler took money (nearly £400) but didn't deliver. The head office phone number is discontinued and the company do not respond to emails.

One word. Appalling
One word. APPALLING. I purchased three items from Antler at the end of march for an April trip I had booked.
Only one suitcase arrived. So I contacted customer service. Many many times to figure out where the other suitcase may be ?? No response. Finally the item arrived over a week later than they had suggested it would and only a day or so before my holiday. And at this point I get a response from customer service saying it should have arrived and to rate the experience ?!?!?
One trip in and the larger Clifton suitcase £229!! Has already broken. A wheel has come off. So I have contacted again. As this suitcase is only 4 weeks old and one trip in at this point. To be told it’s not their fault and to contact the airline.
Absolutely shocking. I’ve never had a wheel come off a suitcase in all my time travelling. And this is by far the most expensive suitcase I have purchased. Absolutely gutted. What a complete waste of money

No customer service whatsoever
I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Antler more than 4 times now. Email, Tweeting, Instagram messaging, calling. Absolutely no response. So disappointed with this. I need to return a faulty bag however because of the lack of response the website now says I'm out of the refund period. I'm not. Today, the 23/5 is one day short of that. I don't know what to do next. I've even email the CEO today. Will have to go through my credit card to claim bag the money.

Bag was clearly not made up to standard…
Bag was clearly not made up to standard and the quality and smell of it was horrific! So was the customer service..I had tried to get in contact with them after my return of the imperfect bag with glue coming out, scratches and awful craftsmanship. They told me it was somehow still in transit to them 2 weeks later and then proceeded to ask me for the tracking for the return slip even though they just mentioned it was somehow still in transit.. It is a nice looking bag from VERY far away, however, the whole thing was a mess. Would not recommend.
Terrible quality and customer service non existent
I totally endorse other reviews - I bought a case and the zip failed on very first use. Customer service has been appalling - just no response to my numerous emails and no way of getting through to talk to anyone. Do not buy from this company - very disappointing as thought I was buying from a reputable brand. I will now be investigating small claims process to get my money back as sadly I see no other alternative.
Bought a suitcase 2019 with a 10 year…
Bought a suitcase 2019 with a 10 year warranty, used twice due to lockdown. Contacted Antler re repair as the zip had come apart. Got back a really curt reply saying they went into administration and cant do anything about it. Funny how they are still trading then. really poor customer service and the warranties arent worth anything. I wont be buying from them again.
Inferior quality products and dreadful customer service.
I can only echo the other reviews here - both in relation to product quality and customer service. We are so disappointed with our new clifton suticases, which have become incredibly scratched and scuffed after only a couple of flights. We accept that wear and tear happens in transit but this goes way beyond what you would ordinarily expect and shows the cases to be of inferior quality. Specifically, they lack any kind of protective veneer so the matt finish shows absolutely every mark or impact. The cases are really not fit for purpose, which is such a shame, as we bought them based on past Antler purchases which had lasted over a decade.
I have complained to antler customer service twice and received no reply. Very very disappointing experience all round.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
The worst customer service!! I bought a suitcase that was too big, DPD failed to collect the goods and you cannot get hole of Antler by email or live chat. There is no phone number and no possibility to re book a return. I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from them!! They are a charlatan company. How they have stayed in business so long is beyond me!
UPDATE: I managed to get a response via an instagram DM. Was told that they only have one person working in customer service (!!) and to be patient. It's been over a week since I first tried to get in touch with them, and now 3 days since any one has replied. My return is still waiting to be collected. THE WORST COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Terrible Customer Service
Bought set of 4 packing cubes. Size smaller than expected so ordered set of 6. Trying to return the set if 4 is nearly impossible. The portal did not pick up my place of work so DPD did not turn up even though they have my mobile number and could have made contact with me. Have emailed Antler twice about this as you are unable to contact them by phone, reading the reviews I now know why they are not manning the phones. I have had no reply from the emails. I contacted DPD who can see the address is incomplete and are unable to change it they say I have to contact Antler, so I am just going round in circles. It looks like I will have to pay fir the return myself. Glad it is not something larger I am trying to return!!
Update, DPD have now collected the return.
